Our MissionTo provide fair and honest tax representation, preparation and bookkeeping services at a reasonable and fair price
Who We Are I have owned and operated different business's in the inland empire for over 30 years and have been a licensed real estate broker for 19 years. Being this long in business I did have tax problems. At one point in my life I received a bill from the IRS for over $100,000. I was able to have this liability reduced to under $10,000 with an offer in compromise and even was allowed to make payments on this debt. (I still do have a copy of this bill). Years ago I had a friend over 80 years old who discovered one day she had an IRS debt of over $1,400,000 and a franchise tax board debt of over $300,000. She did not fully appreciate the severity of this liability until the IRS began levying (last step before taking) her numerous real estate holdings. I arranged and went with her to the initial hearings with the IRS, and did attempt to help her resolve her issues. Finally I connected her with an excellent EA CPA and tax attorney because her tax problems were extreme and timing was critical. Having the experience of dealing with the upper level collection personal of the IRS as well as working though my own problems I became very interested in the workings of the IRS. This inspired my going back to school to study taxation. I was very fortunate to have several excellent professors at Chaffey College. Taking a class in corporate taxation which many find to be very intense I greatly enjoyed. I did know what an Enrolled Agent was as well as the complexity of the three examination given by the Department of The Treasury. I decided to go for it. I even passed the security check administered by the Treasury Department. It did take 6 months though to get clearance and my application was sent to Washington for further review, as I am sure some of my ghosts from previous years appeared.
Company ProfileI hold memberships in the National Association of Enrolled Agents, California Association of Enrolled Agents, California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
